If BrainSync Project decides to check your registration data and finds the existence of incorrect, untrue and/or out-of-date data, or, even, if You fail to provide or refuse to provide the requested data, BrainSync Project may, at its sole discretion, decline and/or suspend the supply of Content available on your Website, without prejudice to the investigation and collection of any damages caused and/or other measures that you deem necessary.
  11. You declare that you are aware that you are only allowed to maintain 01 (one) access account per Email Address.
